Represents Internal Strength and chi and it's the transition to a higher level. The Snake builds the internal energy and qi, and its attacks are relaxed, releasing qi upon impact.
When imitating the monkey, the body must be relaxed and agile. The movements are fast, strikes are done using the full-body, and attack and defense happen from extreme stances.
Represents External Strength and development of rapidity. The Leopard's attacks have loose whipping power. Leopard builds the skin, tendon, muscle, and bone. Its attacks are more powerful and penetrating.
Represents both Internal and External Strength. The Crane's attacks are circular and end with quick exploding power. The Crane improves physical and internal balance. Hands are shaped into wings and a beak.
Represents Internal Strength. The Dragon's movements are soft and circular (Similar to Tai Chi). The Dragon builds the spirit and uses its whole body to attack or defend.
